"I absolutely LOVE this thing! I used to use a ziplock bag to hold the remaining unused onion. My husband would come in and throw the bag away (ugh). I absolutely despise wasting and throwing plastic into the landfills. This thing saved the day! It stretches nicely over onions, apples, ginger, etc. Just throw it in the dishwasher and you don't have to worry about wasting or filling up our landfills with plastic! "I love avocados - we eat them all the time. They are difficult to store as the flesh turns brown after you cut into them. I currently wrap plastic wrap tightly around the avocado to push out air pockets and then store in a plastic bag. If I don’t finish it within a couple of days, the flesh starts getting very brown and unappealing. I happen to come upon this avocado keeper. I placed a halved avocado in the keeper without the pit and the avocado flesh was still green days later!"
